FAQ

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Please allow 5-7 business days handling time on orders. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Normal transit time is 2-7 days. Please be mindful and allow extra time for any delays due to bad weather and/or shipping carriers (ex. USPS, UPS, etc.) Covid-19 related staffing shortages.

There is something missing or wrong item received. What should I do?

Please check your order upon delivery. If you believe an item is missing/ defective/ incorrect/ not part of your order, then please contact us. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Items that are not reported within a timely fashion are not eligible for store credit.

What is your return policy?

Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Store Credit will be issued once the package with item(s) are received. Returned item(s) must be in original condition, new/unworn, unwashed, tags attached and with all original packaging. Store credit will cover the purchase price and tax, if applicable. Store credit will not be issued for original shipping charges as shipping charges are not eligible for return.

Note: Gift Card purchases are final sale and not eligible for return.
