How do YOU relax?... When life hit, fight back!

When the stress of life tries to knock you down. What do you do to fight back and relax?

Some people listen to music while others draw, paint, write, 420, etc. To each their own. Nature also is a great release and connection to peace that others turn to. From the flowers, trees, and beauty within the earth can’t be beat. Animals (I’m an animal lover) also helps calm tense situations.

To become “ONE” and reconnect to whatever brings you peace, is the key. When the pressures of life become too demanding, it’s important to find what works for you to help fight back.

I enjoy the elements and the outdoors. Water brings about tranquility whether it is the lake, pond, river, ocean, rain, or pool, peace is found there.

You must find and do what is necessary for you and your inner peace. You must make and take the time for you and your relaxation. This is your story to live and journey to take. You are the most important thing you have and when you’re at your best you can be the best for others.

As mentioned earlier on how powerful the arts work, from drawing to painting to writing, coloring also helps. Opening a coloring book and getting lost in the pages is a great release for stress and embracing your creativity at the same time. Two birds, one stone.  

Combining all these things can help keep your mind and body on track. Release, unwind, redo. Let peace flow through you.
